• 4,067 new listings were added this month, which is a 16% decrease compared to last month, and a 16% Decrease from last October.
• 2,854 properties were sold this month, which is an 23% increase compared to September, and a 45 % increase from last year.
• The ratio in October was 23%, a 6% increase compared to September, and an 8% increase from last year.
