  • 4936 new listings were added this month, which is a 27% increase compared to last month, and an 11% increase from last March.
  • 1,727 properties were sold this month, which is an 17% Increase compared to February, and a 31 % decrease from last year.
  • The ratio in March was 13%, with no changes compared to February, and a 17% decrease from last year.
