• 4,856 new listings were added this month, which is a 30% increase compared to last month, and a 7% Decrease from last September.
• 2,326 properties were sold this month, which is an 4% increase compared to August, and a 46 % increase from last year.
• The ratio in September was 17%, with no changes compared to August, and a 4% increase from last year.
